LEGAL NOTICE

FeudalTitles.com

Malicious Articles

We have been instructed to take legal action against the owner/publisher of the above website in relation to articles published that are malicious in content against our client (Stephen Else)

The article on the above platform alleges that our client was selling fake manorial titles. This is incorrect.

The websites that the published article lists as our client's platforms are defunct. They do not exist. He is now retired.

It appears that the publisher of feudaltitles.com, who hides behind the title of 'Seigneur' prefers not to detail on his website any contact name and address. We suspect the reason being that he would have been prosecuted long ago for unfounded allegations against various companies/platforms and he is fully aware of this.

We can prove however, that our client's previous activities have been conducted within UK law and his business was supported by two firms of solicitors in the UK. He still is supported by a firm of solicitors in the UK  in order to protect him from malicious accusations and from those bringing up past issues which have no relevance today.

He has now retired and does not run any business.  Therefore feudaltitles.com should be shut down.

The publisher has made various allegations against a number of platforms without supplying documentation to support those allegations. We are aware of the dubious practices of several platforms, however, it is always advisable for purchasers to seek their own legal advice before parting with their money.

We are sure that the general public are very aware that many platforms are selling novelty titles for fun.

If anyone has information about the publisher of feudaltitles.com, then please contact us in confidence.
